In between classes, studying, and working it can be difficult to find time to exercise and keep that hot-bod.  Here is a list of daily activities that really burns some calories, so you don’t feel so guilty about missing the gym once in awhile ;)

1. Kissing = 30 calories/minute

2. Sleeping = 60 calories/hour

3. Watching T.V. = 75 calories/hour

4. Standing in line = 100 calories/hour

5. Driving = 120 calories/hour

6. Ironing clothes = 150 calories/ hour

7. Keeping up with car maintenance = 200 calories/hour

8. Walking = 220 calories/hour

9. Cleaning your house = 240 calories/hour

10. Climbing the stairs = 300 calories/hour

11. Gardening = 360 calories/hour

12. Skating = 360 calories/hour
