5 Guilt-Free Foods for Your Hangover

After a late night of sipping cocktails, taking shots, and chugging beers morning is not welcomed.  Instead of making yourself worse by eating greasy and fattening foods the next day, try these healthy alternatives that will satisfy your cravings and not damage your figure.  First off, take an aspirin and a multi-B vitamin (it will work some magic on that killer headache).

 
 

1. Enjoy a breakfast sandwich (english muffin, 2 eggs, 1 slice of veggie sausage, & 1 slice of low-fat cheese).
2. Choose a turkey burger instead of a fast-food cheeseburger.
3. Instead of french fries choose a baked potato with a dollop of low-fat sour cream.
4. Avoid biting into leftover pizza and make a single serving of whole-wheat spaghetti.
5. Drink water!  If you need a caffeine boost have a cup of coffee or iced tea, but stay away from soda!
